The hotel is near a large shopping center (I did some shopping). Public transport stops are close. The location makes it easy to reach from the train and bus station. The breakfast had tasty options. The scrambled eggs tasted like real eggs, not just milk. The room was neat and quite warm. I found a kettle in the room which was useful. Wi-fi was fast and convenient for work. The staff was friendly. The room, a Refurbished Standard Double Room, was very clean. The bathroom was particularly clean.
The pillows were not to my liking.

the server was busy with a bus load of tourists i waited over 20 minutes for a drink at the bar it should be clear there's no tv in rooms i also found having to enter a code to the corridor door and then to the bedroom rather strange

The staff was efficient, and I received my room key quickly (within minutes!). My room included a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. This was really useful.
